Beauty & Essex Sunday Brunch in Los Angeles
Sunday morning brunch, as we know it, is getting a stellar upgrade, thanks to renowned chef Chris Santos. Executive Chef Santos has bestowed his eclectic twist on brunch at the lavish Beauty & Essex in Los Angeles.

Guests can choose from a menu overflowing with unique takes on multi-ethnic delicacies, delightful and indulgent treats, and a raw bar experience that is the envy of any seafood connoisseur.

Beginning in 2005, Santos and partner Rich Wolf created a unique combination of communal dining and multi-cultural menus that won fans at The Stanton Social. Later, they brought their winning approach to fine dining to Beauty & Essex and VANDAL. The same philosophy that informed their earlier successes can be found on Santo’s new brunch menu at Beauty & Essex in Los Angeles.

Santos, along with Executive Chef Kyle Kingrey and Chef de Cuisine Daniel Pfeifer-Kotz, has created an eclectic selection of savory offerings that include:

– Avocado Latke Benedict with Latke, Poached Egg, and Espelette
-Chicken & Waffles Tacos with Sausage Gravy and Kale Slaw
-Braised Short Rib Huevos Rancheros with Sunny Side Up Eggs Black Beans and Cotija Cheese
-New England Lobster Roll ‘BLT’
Sticky Buns with Bourbon Vanilla Caramel and Toasted Pecans

On the sweet side, guests can choose from:

-Pastry Chef Lia Benedetto’s Blueberry Earl Grey Ice Cream Pops
-Beauty & Essex brand’s signature dark-chocolate-fudge “Les, NYC” Doughnuts

Of course, what would brunch be without the decadent drinks?
