CPK and Casamigos Present a VIP Preview of their New Menu Innovations

California Pizza Kitchen and Casamigos Tequila presented a private media and VIP preview of their new menu innovations. Prior to the official opening of the newest CPK at Westfield Mall in Century City, guests were invited for a great behind the scenes event full of great activities on April 4th, 2017.

Guests were taught how to Toss Dough, Taste CasaMigos Tequila, and learning how to Handcraft CPK Cocktails while enjoying the CPK inspired Photo Booth

CPK’s executive team including President Chris Morris, Executive Chef & SVP of Culinary Innovation Brian Sullivan, SVP of Marketing Ashley Ceraolo and Casamigos Tequila Master Mixologist Kristin Clark spoke to guests. They talked about the partnership between CPK and Casamigos and reflected on how CPK’s menu innovations have allowed them to now be in 13 other countries. After the executives spoke the action packed activities began.

Guests chose from getting hands-on dough experience at the pizza bar with a skilled CPK chef, or mixing their own drinks in the Casamigos cocktail lab with their Master Mixologist.

Guests did these activities while enjoying new menu items being passed around.

CPK continues to innovate their menu. These Delicious New Additions add options that will appeal to anyone’s palette.

Their new menu items included:

Charred Shishito Peppers, Spicy Buffalo Cauliflower, California Fields Salad, Santa Fe Power Bowl, Wild Mushroom Pizza, Carne Asada Pizza, Lemongrass Chicken, West Coast Burger “The WCB”, Salted Caramel Pudding, Citris Adobo Margarita, Coconut Blossom, Watermelon Mint Martini, Selection of Red & White Wine and Beer, Cucumber Reviver

Guests were also able to do a Tequila Tasting with Casamigos pairings such as Cucumber and Blanco, Grapefruit and Reposado, Orange and Añejo along with various seasoned salts.

There were very nice accents added to the restaurant such as lit up bottles of wine and fresh herbs along with an artistic wall made of layers of colored vibrant glass pieces. CPK continues to innovate in every way possible from their menu to the ambiance to their amazing customer service. They truly are a luxury brand at an affordable price.
