Probably among the best pizzas to be found in Southern California. The crusts is perfection. Light, airy, crispy and chewy, only rivaled by the toppings. Here we had half and half; The Pig: Spicy pepperoni, soppressata and italian sausage, and the other half was a beautifully thin-sliced eggplant, shaved garlic, mozzerella, fresh basil, shaved pecorino cheese.
A delicious meal calls for equally delicious drinks. North Italia offers a full beer and wine list as well as several unique and flavorful cocktails pair delightfully with entrees and apps. A Mediterranean twist on a Mexican favorite, this refreshing cocktail derives its zest from gran centenario añejo, solerno blood orange, and lime. Evocative of sunshine and great times.
Finely aged Buffalo Trace bourbon is the centerpiece of this grown-up cocktail. Fernet branca, clover honey, bitter trio complete the medley of flavors that result in a drink that was meant to be enjoyed at a leisurely pace over good conversation.
