Simplify your Thanksgiving and celebrate your feast without the hassle of cooking and cleaning at home and give thanks at contemporary California cuisine restaurant, SALT located inside the Marina Del Rey Hotel.
This year, Chef Gold’s holiday menu will consist of an organic fennel soup with pear and ginger espuma, or you can opt for the Japanese yellowtail which is served over a bed of apple dashi, yuzu and matsutake.
SALT will also offer butter poached turkey breast, roulade of confit leg and roasted carrots with truffle essence. Patrons can also try the duck breast and brussel sprouts with glazed Italian chestnuts and apple mostarda as an the main entrée. Saving the best for last, guests can indulge on either pumpkin pie with freshly whipped crème or the savory date and caramel cake for dessert.
The limited menu will be available on Thanksgiving Day (Thursday, November 24) from 11 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. – 10:00 p.m.
