Executive Chef Mark Gold has curated an exclusive a la carte menu that will be available only on Mother’s Day, Sunday, May 8 from 7 AM – 4:00 PM at SALT, located inside at Marina Del Rey Hotel.
The special offerings will highlight the chef’s innovative approach on his California cuisine with seasonally inspired fare utilizing locally-sourced ingredients.
The menu will include steak and eggs, medallions of Wagyu beef lightly covered in a savory bordelaise sauce, a bed of crispy potatoes with salsa verde and organic eggs served sunny side up.
Guests can also enjoy poached Maine lobster, Zuckerman’s green asparagus and brown butter in Chef Gold’s Maine lobster omelet.
The limited menu will also include fresh Shingoku oysters, Jumbo Shrimp cocktail, Tuna Nicoise and steamed Salt Creek Mussels that you can enjoy while sipping on bottomless Mimosas, overlooking the sparkling marina.
