“I am thrilled to debut our seed-to-table brunch at Manhattan House,” explains Stavaridis. “Our regular guests have been requesting that we introduce brunch, and we aim to deliver an offering that is truly unique and fresh for the Los Angeles market, while in our warm and welcoming restaurant.

Everything on the menu is made from scratch from fresh and seasonal ingredients. Chef Diana Stavaridis uses cage-free eggs and utilizes fruits and vegetables from local farmers, including their own garden.

Their new brunch menu includes seven main items, made exclusively in-house, such as their house-made sourdough and brioche breads as well as the pastries. They smoke their own smoked bacon (which is amazing), sausages and pastrami, and make jams and nut milks for the new brunch menu.

More About Manhattan House
Manhattan House gardens are grown in conjunction with the non-profit “Growing Great” and local elementary schools in order to promote food nutrition and sustainability to the next generation of farmers. They give tribute to community gardeners, farmers, brewers, fishermen and vintners who grow, cultivate and catch the food they serve. A great thing to support.

Established in 2015, Manhattan House is a community-focused, American-style gastropub with a heavy emphasis on locally-sourced and seasonal fare. Head Chef, Diana Stavaridis maintains local gardens where much of their kitchen’s produce is grown.

The gastropub’s culinary mentality is maintaining food sustainability and incorporating only the freshest, homegrown, ingredients. They procure seasonal, local produce, meats and seafood whenever possible from area farms and purveyors. All dishes are then made from scratch, yielding unique homemade flavors.

Aged cedar wood panels – reclaimed from old Hollywood Bowl seats, plush leather seating and chalk art reflect a rustic take on contemporary interior design. Manhattan House offers private dining options for receptions, cocktail-style events and intimate dinner parties.
