Pistola LA celebrated the greatness of pork by hosting the 2016 Smithfield Chef’s Table. Highly renowned chefs from the Los Angeles area showcased a wide spectrum of delicious ways to enjoy pork throughout the event. Both innovation and exceptional culinary execution were integrated at the event.
Pistola’s award-winning chef facilitated the delicious creativity in the kitchen. Smithfield’s premium pork offering DURoC was used by Chef Vic from Pistola, showcasing versatility while different tasting stations allowed guests to enter into a pork ‘frenzy!”
Attending chefs were given the opportunity to be educated about how multifaceted Smithfield is with respect to the fact that they are a $13 billion global food company and the world’s largest pork processor and hog producer.
