Roger Neal’s Annual Oscar Beauty and Couture Suite Charity Benefit

In honor of the 88th Academy Awards, Roger Neal hosted the Roger Neal Style Hollywood Pre-Oscar charity benefit on the penthouse of the Luxe Hotel on Rodeo Dr. in Beverly Hills.

Sixteen Oscar nominees attended  the Ultimate Beauty & Couture Suite, including Love Larson, Benjamin Cleary, Serena Armitage, Alan Wenkus, Rich McBride, Nicole Rocklin, Blye Faust, Ed Guiney, among others. In addition, another 200 stars came to this extravagant event.

The event benefited the John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health.
The John Ritter Foundation for Aortic Health was created just weeks after John’s sudden passing in October, 2003, due to an acute aortic dissection. Started by his widow, Amy Yasbeck and their family for the purpose of receiving donations in honor of John’s life, the foundation is focused on thoracic aortic disease education, support, and research.

Roger Neal stated that “We are not a gifting suite.” They simply gift stars for coming and supporting their charities with a gift bag this time of around $23k, including a $10k stay at the Belleek Castle in Ireland.

For the past 20 years, Roger Neal’s Oscar events have had no less than 3 nominees and at least 8 stars wear designs from the clients in his suite to the Oscars and to major Oscar after-parties.

Roger & Lynn Neal of Neal Public Relations have been the catalyst for making designers like Stuart Weitzman, Avakian, Katherine Baumann, Jewelry on 7th, Kwiat Diamonds, Jelly Belly,  Natalie K Diamonds, just to name a few, household names during award season. For the past 19 years, Neal and wife Lynn have produced the most talked about Academy Awards suites.

“Our suite also has a purpose by spotlighting a charity each year.” Roger Neal say’s “WE ARE NOT A GIFTING SUITE.” However, we do gift stars for coming and supporting our charities.  The gift bag is worth $23k. We also offer Couture for stylists dressing star and nominees for OSCAR night in our suite.”

Nominees and Stars Gift bags contained couture jewelry, couture gown, gourmet chocolates, couture handbag, couture Lingere, Art from Mario Della Casa, a $10k stay at the Belleek Castle in Ireland, among other items.

Neal says, “What we have is an exclusive invitation only suite, where stars and media will be invited into a much needed relaxing and comfortable atmosphere, to be pampered with some of the most expensive treatments available today.”

Celebrity gown designers Sonjjia Baram, Dipaula Designs and Olga Blanc of O’Blanc presented their gowns to celebrities, who then showcased them at the Roger Neal’s Official Oscar Viewing Party the night of the Oscars.

UK Jewelry designer Esther Eyre, who does jewelry for the Royal Family in London, unveiled her immaculate Oscar collection at the event for celebrities and nominees.

Smart Scarf designer/ founder Pam Fischer presented her Fur Frenzy smart scarfs, faux fur scarfs and hooded scarfs with secret pockets for personal items.

Personal Touch Lingerie gifted from their Line of Swarovski Crystal Bras and their Nu Bra – Nubra.

Timmy Woods Handbags contributed whimsical handbags for nominees and stars for Oscar night for the 8th year in a row

Designer Madeline Beth presented her innovate Hook Me Ups couture smart phone portable chargers which allows users to charge their phones in style where ever they go.

Neuma Beauty gifted celebrities and nominees their nutritious, vegan hair care line.


Famed Artist Mario Della Casal was present for the 3rd time at the lounge, with his one-of-a-kind paintings of Hollywood’s biggest stars.

Hair Blow Outs, Facials, Massages, Manicures, Pedicures, among other exclusive spa treatments.

The lusterous event  had a full bar with exclusive spirit brands and HINT fruit-flavored water kept guests hydrated.

Lorimar Wine & Champagne from Temecula served their award winning wines, champagnes and new dessert wines.

Mary’s Cake Shop celebrity cakery, the official bakery for the 4th year running, presented and treated guests with a very special custom cake honoring one of the Oscar nominees
World-famous Sweetie Pies and Sweet Times provided food for the suite.
Brazilian Sweets Glamour Bombonier was the official gourmet chocolatier.

The following Sunday, RNSH hosted their first annual Oscar viewing dinner, which was a star studded event which occurred on Oscar Night, February 28th at the World Famous Hollywood Museum on Highland Ave in Hollywood. The event featured world renowned stars from film and television including previous Oscar winners and nominees.

Past Oscar Winner Margaret O’Brian became one of the most popular child stars in cinema history and was honored with a Juvenile Academy Award as the outstanding child actress of 1944 at the Roger Neal Oscar viewing dinner.
