Grimaldi’s Pizzeria is starting the year off right with a delicious pairing and new seasonal selections. All throughout the month, the South Bay eatery is inviting guests to try a Chef Selection Pizza paired with a featured beverage. This month the restaurant will be offering The Don, a signature traditional pizza topped with Italian Sausage, Meatballs and Pepperoni, complemented by Lagunitas IPA.

In addition to the delectable pairing, Grimaldi’s will also offer guests its Amaretto Cheesecake. The almond cheesecake is made with a splash of Amaretto Disaronno and toasted almond sugar cookie crust that create the perfect flavors to start the New Year on a sweet note.
No matter which way you slice it, the experience will be mouthwatering. Guests can taste the restaurant’s new seasonal offerings all month long.
Grimaldi’s El Segundo is located at 2121 Rosecrans Ave., in El Segundo, CA. The 7,200 square foot restaurant boasts indoor and patio dining, as well as a private room for parties of up to 40 people.
