This holiday season, eLOVate Vegan Cafe & Bar and celebrity chef Roberto Martin is making it easy to put delicious vegan food on the holiday table with a pre-order to go holiday meal that can be picked up at his restaurant. Sure to please cravings of vegans and non-vegans alike, this menu is available for pre-orders and can be picked up on Christmas Eve, December 24.

The completely vegan, 100% organic menu includes: Holiday Roast with Herb Stuffing; Butternut Squash Soufflé; “Bacon” Brussels Sprouts with Caramelized Shallots; Holiday Herb Stuffing with Mushroom Gravy; Cranberry Salsa; and Dulce De Leche Cheesecake. The meal serves 8 people and is available for $250.

Martin’s popular Chickin Mole Tamales are also available on a pre-order to go basis. These can be ordered and picked up between December 15-24 and are $42 per dozen.

“The holidays are a time to celebrate and spend quality time with family, and our menu allows for everyone to enjoy a healthy holiday meal together,” said Martin. “We have made sure to include all the beloved and traditional flavors of the season while using only the highest quality plant based ingredients.”
