Rock & Brews El Segundo is breaking open its cellar doors for its first-ever Strong Ale & Cellar Reserve Fest in celebration of its 4th anniversary. “We can’t think of a better way to thank our guests for their support than by sharing with them some of the best brews that we’ve been aging in our cellar since Rock & Brews El Segundo first opened” said Anthony Games, Rock & Brews El Segundo’s Bar Training & Beverage Director.

The Strong Ale & Cellar Reserve Fest will feature over 20 perfectly-curated and aged brews, many of which has been aging for up to four years. This highly anticipated Brewfest will include special craft brews such as: The Bruery 2011 Cuir, Lagunitas 2011 Gnarlywine, Napa Smith 2011 Grateful Dog, Stone 2011 Belgo Anise Imperial Russian Stout, Avery 2011 Hog Heaven Barleywine, Lost Abbey 2012 Angel’s Share, and more.

As a way to showcase the variety of menu items only available at specific Rock & Brews locations around the country, guests will have the opportunity to taste four winning original creations from Rock & Brews’ Kansas, California, Orlando and New Mexico area chefs.
Rock & Brews’ Pizza Palooza will feature a new pizza every week from a new city:
Kansas City, Kansas will sport their Buffalo Springfield Chicken Pizza in the first week of February.
The Back in Black-ened Chicken Pesto Pizza from Redondo Beach, California will follow during the second week.
The Slider Pizza from Orlando, Florida will be available during the third week.
For the fourth week of the month, Mad Matt’s Chile Pizza from Albuquerque, New Mexico will top-off the promotion.
The new Pizza Palooza menu will be available throughout the month of February.
