Actor Chris Ashworth, who plays the Ukrainian thug Sergei Malatov on the HBO series, “The Wire” and has had roles in the popular series “Without A Trace” and “Justified” as well as appearing in the blockbuster film “Terminator: Salvation”, has a very special project he’d like to reach out to you about.

Hey everyone! I need your help with something. As many of you know, I wrote a screenplay about a Navy SEAL. It’s called A CAPABLE MAN and the idea originated twelve years ago. It’s gone through many rewrites and has received great input and feedback from industry professionals, with several interested in producing it.
The consultant and tech advisor for the film is former Navy SEAL (DEVGRU) Craig ‘Sawman’ Sawyer. I want to visit him in Arizona and have him not only train me for this role and help me learn this character/story/mindset, but also have the training filmed, as it will help with the development of the script. I’d really like to share this process with you.
Craig has offered to train me at the CowTown Range Arizona. We may also film additional footage in San Diego. I’ll be using this video not only for my own training, but also as to get the word out about the script.
The video will be posted on my YouTube channel after it’s shot and edited. I’ll be hiring a filmmaker to go with me to Arizona (possibly San Diego as well) and obviously that will require funding. I’m looking to raise $3500. Many people have the notion that actors are rolling in money. I can assure you that is not the case, certainly not for me. I’m chasing a dream and I need your help.
