John Terzain, Markus Molinari, and Brian Toll with the ‘h.wood group’, known for bringing L.A. local favorites to the forefront such as Bootsy Bellows and SHOREBar, recently opened ‘Hooray Henry’s’ to rave reviews. As you enter, you will feel like you’ve been whisked away to England, as it is the ‘LA version of London’.
Many gathered at H.Wood Group’s latest addition, Hooray Henry’s, as it opened its doors to the public recently. Hooray Henry’s had a soft opening for friends, family, and media this past week.
“H.wood.group sets themselves apart from other hospitality/nightlife “clubs” by creating more of a concept lounge” says Terzain. “We create moments in time, an experience for our customers who become our friends and family.
A nightspot created by the h.wood group has always been a celebrity favorite. It’s quite normal to see celebrities such as Katy Perry, Robert Patterson, Kristin Dunst, Eva Longoria, Diddy, Jenny McCarthy, Julian Hough, Carmen Electra, Chord Overstreet, Liam Hemsworth, NPH, Zac Effron and others at an h.wood group lounge.
Celebrities in attendance to celebrate the new hotspot included Adam Lambert, Ashley Greene, NBA player Jason Collins, The Dolls, DJ Mia Moretti, Balthazar Getty, James Van Der Beek, Christa B. Allen, Ashley Madekwe, Caitlin Moe, and Laura Carmichael (Downtown Abbey).
John Sofio, of Built Inc., has mastered the niche and officially made yet another amazing venue. Terzain of the h.wood. group is the visionary, curator, and owner of Hooray Henry’s, and Sofio has designed and brought Terzain’s concept to life. Sofio has been part of other genius creations in the Los Angeles area such as: Guy’s, Pink Taco, and SHOREbar.
Hooray Henry’s consists of many unique details such as: brass detailing, equestrian lamps, British-chic décor, 3-D handmade projection wall above the DJ Booth, deep blue automotive paint lines the highly detailed wall and ceiling panels.
The detailing of the booths are inspired by the Rolls Royce Silver Shadow and the bathrooms are reminiscent of the 1960’s underground London mod scene. Simply put Hooray Henry’s has been described as “an across-the-pond manner soiree gone gloriously off the rails”.
Hooray Henry’s is opened on Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday nights only. Come check out the scene and be seen!
Hooray Henrys is located at: 8713 Beverly Boulevard Los Angeles, CA 90048
