BRICK Sports Performance is changing the fitness world with innovative and effective training by coaches that motivate you to top performance. Incorporating the latest methods in sports science, body weight mechanics and functional fitness that is proven to increase stamina and strength while cutting fat and weight like no other workout.
The new Brentwood location features, SpeedX™, a spin-off of CrossFit that is a BRICK exclusive fitness program. The BRICK coaches created SpeedX™ to be a higher intensity workout with lower weight resistance. The intense 1 hour class blends a fast-paced cardio workout with high interval weight training. A strict program similar to boot camp or a sport clinic makes this class perfect for the athlete looking for an action-packed, non-stop hour of exercise, without heavy weightlifting.

SpeedX™ combines challenges in agility and speed drills as well as power endurance training and plyometrics.
