Get Away Grey: Breakthrough Research Suggests a Cure for Grey Hair

It turns out that it’s not screaming kids and stress at work creating those gray hairs- it’s hydrogen peroxide.

Our bodies naturally produce it.  We also naturally produce an enzyme called catalase, which breaks down hydrogen peroxide.  When we are younger, we have a very high level of catalase, but as we get older, the hydrogen peroxide takes over and bleaches the hair from the inside out.

Bradford University in the UK first revealed this scientific breakthrough during a research study in 2009.  That discovery has since been applied in the development of a natural supplement called Get Away Grey, which actually reverses the process of graying by providing a high concentration of catalase, combined with restorative vitamins and minerals that help to stimulate growth and naturally thicken the hair.

“What we have done is developed a special formula by replicating the catalase enzyme with a plant derivative that, over period of months, breaks down the hydrogen peroxide,” says Robin Duner-Fenter, of Get Away Grey.

Amazingly, the product exhibits no negative side effects.  Users across the board have reported having thicker, most lustrous hair.  Approximately 90% of people who take the vitamin over the course of a few months see a significant and gradual return of pigmentation, with many who, after close to a year of consistent use, almost completely reverse the greying process and restore their natural pigmentation entirely.

Get Away Grey is an example of a nutraceutical, a staple of Eastern medicine that is now a growing trend in Western practice.  Health Canada defines a nutraceutical as “a product isolated or purified from foods that is generally sold in medicinal forms not usually associated with food. A nutraceutical is demonstrated to have a physiological benefit or provide protection against chronic disease”.
