Jewels For Hope

Sandy D’Andrea started Jewels For Hope in 2009. Sandy, completely self-taught, decided her jewelry has to have a purpose. For every sale made Jewels For Hope donates portions of the profits of every sale made to one of several major organizations close to both the owner’s hearts. After being a caregiver to her mother for almost a decade, who had suffered from Parkinson’s Disease and Dementia, while still being a mom to her 3 girls, husband, and 2 black labs) she never had a night off. She doesn’t want that for any caregiver out there. She wants to be able to give a caregiver some money and say “Here, have a night out to dinner with your family. Hire an aid for the night”. Sandy’s eldest daughter Stevie Lynn feels the same way, which is why she joined the company in early 2010. Stevie, who graduated from FIT with a degree in Marketing handles the promotion of Jewels For Hope, and also is learning the art of jewelry design from her mother. The perfect combination! Stevie & Sandy combine both of their styles into their work, so Jewels For Hope has a little bit of everything, for everyone; the classic look of Audrey Hepburn, sassy feel of Betsey Johnson, and the bohemian style of Janice Joplin, all made from the heart! This mother/daughter duo believes everyone should give back in any way they can. Look Great and Donate – it doesn’t have to be one or the other! www.jewelsforhope.net
