LA’s the Place: You offer ‘glass restoration? What is that?

Jerod Stanley: Glass restoration is by its definition restoring glass rather than replacing it. Restoring it from scratches, acid etching (build up from neglect etc. usually on commercial buildings), or hard water/calcium from sprinklers hitting windows, or not taking proper care of your glass shower enclosures, or exterior glass fences. We use a patented buffing and grinding wheel to buff or grind the glass down microscopically to get to the damage and make the glass like new. For about 1/3 the cost of new, I might add.

JS: I started in the window cleaning business back in 1987 working for someone else’s business. When I realized I had topped out with moving up and that particular company was not that interested in great customer service -  I moved on and started my own company.
