Francophile alert! A culinary tour of France awaits you, although you won’t have to use your passport to do it. On May 22, 2011, Club Culinarie of Southern California is hosting their 31st Annual Picnic des Chefs,  an elegant and entertaining outdoor soiree featuring gourmet cuisine from different regions of France, with 30 wineries represented and plenty of fun for the kids with a heated pool, water slide, rock climbing wall and petting zoo and much more.

Located in Vasa Park, Agoura Hills with the stunning Malibu mountains in the backdrop, this event will not only be a memory-making experience for the whole family, it also benefits the Concern Foundation and the Hope Program at Childrens’ Hospital as proceeds from the picnic will be donated.

Bring your “boules” and enter in the Petanque Competition; you may win your weight in wine! Additionally you get a game of soccer, badminton and volleyball going  as well as a drawing competition for the kids.

For only $2 you can try your luck in their raffle with wonderful prizes such as fine dining certificates, kitchen utensils, gourmet products & more. The first prize winner will receive two tickets on Air Tahiti Nui.
