Founded by Julie Gallegos, WhatchyaGot bags are the latest in organization and functionality in portable carrying cases—perfect for traveling, medications, baby items, or any kind of accessories that could use some sorting… and stylish enough to use as a handbag.

Gallegos’ WhatchyaGot bags began when she discovered that an untapped market in the carrying case world existed—a functional bag for medicines, vitamins and other supplies. The item sits close to her heart, as she discovered this void in the market as her father has battled cancer and heart disease for seven years. In 2007, she decided that since it didn’t exist, she would design such a case.

With the WhatchyaGot bags, all medicines can be organized in their own bottles, and no unnecessary mixing of medications will occur. Also, inside, there is a special pouch for heated or cool materials, allowing important temperature control for certain medications and creams.

In addition to the bags’ functionality, they are TSA compliant, and perfect for on-the-go lifestyles and travel. And since it was started out of a need from a heart disease and cancer patient, now 10 percent of the proceeds from the purchase of the bags will go directly to programs for those patients and the survivors’ families.

Looking to appeal to everyone, WhatchyaGot bags come in a variety of styles. The Flower Power style is decked out in a floral print and pays homage to the 1960s and 1970s “flower power” era and its feeling of peace and harmony.

The WG Signature Bag comes in either black or grey and uses a more sophisticated approach to the medicine carrying case, with 10 interior elastic loops. The WG Signature Bag also has a khaki counterpart for those enjoying a lighter color palette on their organizers. Lovin Leopard and Blue Moon round out the options for the younger and more whimsical audience who is drawn to patterns and color in their accessories.

Each bag—no matter the style—is 100 percent water resistant and made of 100 percent polyester.  They include a matching cell phone holder and a removable zippered pouch, also matching. The dimensions are 1.75″X3.5″X8.5″H, and the bags retail for $59.97.

According to Gallegos, the mission of WhatchyaGot is, “To provide quality products that serve a purpose and function that are affordable to everyone while insuring excellent customer satisfaction along with society benefit.”

Perfect for traveling, the WhatchyaGot bags have a unique focus, and that’s for those needing to carry around important and specific things, like medicines or items for babies and children. Now, these typically boring bags can be exciting with floral prints and leopard patterns. The perfect size for a plane ride too, WhatchyaGot bags were created out of Gallegos’ love for her father and are now impacting people around the country.
