68th Annual Golden Globes Announces Menu and Golden Moet & Chandon Champagne

While everyone else is focused on who to wear and other preparation for the 68th Annual Golden Globes, the cuisine and elixer of the gods is being seen to.

The Beverly Hilton’s Executive Hotel Chef, Suki Sugiura and Executive Pastry Chef, Thomas Henzi announced the menu for the 68th Annual Golden Globes created by  with the exclusive champagne Moet & Chandon.

Moet & Chandon once again returns as the official champagne of both the 2011 Golden Globes and Academy Awards, kicking off award season with the debut of the Gold Award Season Moet & Chandon Imperial bottle, at the Golden Globes.

This year marks Moet & Chandon’s 20th anniversary of the partnership with the Globes. Moet & Chandon will serve its flagship champagne, Imperial, with over 1,000 Moet & Chandon Imperial mini’s on the red carpet and 500 magnum bottles served in the ballroom throughout the evening. This morning’s presentation began with Chef Sugiura’s menu, a California-centric cuisine, and one-on-one presentation’s with Moet & Chandon’s Julia Fitzroy and Mark Held of Mark’s Garden who has designed the bold floral arrangements for the dinner tables.  The 68th Annual Golden Globes will take place Sunday January 16th

This commemorative Gold Award Season Moet & Chandon Imperial bottle, which retails for the same price as the regular bottle, $39, is available nationwide anywhere fine wines are sold from January 1 – March 31st.
