Using her spirit of friendship, Ryan also set up the social aspect of the company, giving women a chance to also sell her jewelry as a consultant. These consultants serve as a liaison between the company and those wanting to learn more about the jewelry at personalized gatherings. In turn, the consultants can also train and give support to fellow lovers of the brand who would also like to host a get-together for Stacy McBride Collections.
