On Sunday June 20, Pampers Diapers put on the Dry Max Father’s Day event at Yankee Stadium to celebrate the devoted day of fathers with NFL super bowl winner, Drew Brees and Yankee first baseman Marx Teixeira and their children.
The event concludes a string of events and activities that Pampers has hosted in order to promote appreciation for the paternal side of parenting. These athletes didn’t mind getting their hands dirty— literally— by donating their time and money with Pampers for this event.
Although Brees has won several NFL championships, including the XLIV Superbowl and MVP, the expecting father gained a new title yesterday as “Dad on Diaper Duty”, courtesy of Pampers with Dry Max. He switched over from his customary sport of football to America’s favorite pastime, baseball, to honor dads all over the country. During the event, Brees presented the Yankees Foundation a check for $10,000. Brees brought his young son, Baylen, onto first pitch for some pre-game batting practice, while his expecting wife, Brittany Brees, watched her men try their hands out on a sport other than football!
