Celebrating their biggest innovation in 25 years, Pampers hosted a launch party in New York on Thursday, March 18, 2010 with celebrity guests to introduce Pampers Swaddlers and Cruisers with Dry Max. The improved diaper is sleeker and thinner than all diapers that have come before. Along with the new pampers, the celebrity parents were introduced to the new diaper bag clutch that Pampers has put together with the help of designer Liz Lange. (Subscribe to win this clutch here!)

Padma Lakshmi posed on the red-carpet to celebrate the launch of Pampers’ newest product learning all about the diapers’ benefits. As a new mom, Padma was seen taking it all in. She was even found with seasoned moms, and other guests of the launch party, Marcia Gay Harden, Kelly Rutherford, and Ana Ortiz, getting all of the things mommies need to know.
On the night of the launch, Ana Ortiz who plays Hilda Suarez on “Ugly Betty”, posed on the red carpet. Ortiz has a 9 month old daughter and knows all too well what Padma is going through, so she offered up parenting advice to the new mom with no hesitation.

Ortiz’s co-star, Eric Mabius, or Daniel Meade, brought his two sons to enjoy that Pampers party. The new and improved diapers eased his answer to the “what’s next?” question. As “Ugly Betty” comes to an end this season, Mabius simply replied, “I’m excited to spend some time playing Dad!”
Kelly Rutherford stepped out of her role as Gossip Girl’s Lily van de Woodsen, to pose with her daughter Helena as the little one enjoyed playing with the toys at the special Pampers launch event. Rutherford jokingly styled “Gossip Girl” co-star Matthew Settle with the new Liz Lange diaper clutch specially made for Pampers with Dry Max diapers.
