As the sun set over Hollywood Blvd., luminous lights set the pace for an adventurous evening at the Kress, as Hennessy teamed up with Ne-yo, and LL Cool Jay for the “Hennessy Artistry – The Global Art of Mixing” event.  As the red carpet rolled out and VIPs filled the scene, the line wrapped around the building as fans flocked to see Rapper LL Cool J and RnB sensation Neo perform their latest hits. Complimentary Hennessy cocktails were flowing all night long for this star-studded event as DJ Mars and DJ Berrie kept the tunes playing.

Red tape blocked the entrance to the VIP star-studded roof top as spectators waited eagerly to catch a glimps. The air was warm with a light ocean breeze wrapping around the glass protected roof top. Cozy cabana’s lined the dancefloor as LA’s VIP mingled with class. Singer Ryan Cabrera, actors Zachory Llevi and Shawn Ashmore, reality star Domenico Nesci and many more celebrities flaunted the latest fashion while enjoying Hennessy Mojitos, Hennessy Sidecars, Hennessy Gingers, which went very well with their seafood, meats and vegetables dishes and delectable chocolate covered strawberries.

The roof top slowly emptied as fans flowed down the stairs to the main floor to watch LL. Cool J perform. The entire room was filled from wall to wall with fans vibing out to his jams. Many screaming and pushing for a better glimpse and others just caught in the moment of pure delectation. Fans went crazy as he pulled a lady on stage to help him perform his sexy hit "Doin It". Ladies couldn’t get enough of his hard abs and tempting lips, he truly set the party off making a night to remember.

Minutes later, Neo entered the stage. The room became even more packed and the screams bounced from wall to wall. Many simply raised their Hennessy cocktails over their head and swayed as a fusion as Neo performed his latest hits Closer, Nobody, Miss Independent and many more.

It was a very memorable night at the Kress, one of LA’s premier celebrity nightlife hotspots. And I now have discovered three new delicious cocktails! I was able to get their recipes to use in the future and also share with you.

Hennessy Mojito:
1.5 oz Hennessy VS
½ oz fresh lime juice
¼ oz simple syrup
4-5 fresh mint leaves

Hennessy Sidecar:
1.5 oz Hennessy VS
¼ oz Grand Marnier
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Garnish with lemon slice

Hennessy Ginger:
1.5 oz Hennessy VS
3.5 oz Ginger Ale
Dash of Angostura Bitters
Twist of orange peel
