AEG Ehrlich Ventures, producers of The 60th Annual Primetime Emmy® Awards, hosted today’s hottest stars, including the show’s hosts, presenters and performers, in the (first-ever) Presenters Gift Lounge backstage at The Nokia Theatre. The show’s hosts, presenters and performers were treated to all the fabulous swag that goes along with the honor, during the event’s rehearsals and on the day of the show. As large screen monitors allowed viewing of the presenters in rehearsals and during the show, the star-studded gift lounge included visits from Oprah Winfrey, Ryan Seacrest, Tom Bergeron, Heidi Klum, Howie Mandel, Jeff Probst, Christina Applegate and many more. And, with all the gifting came the giving. The Presenter’s Gift Lounge also raised over $50,000 for charity.
It was business as usual until Oprah arrived around 1:00 p.m., accompanied by her best friend Gayle King. As attendees became aware of her presence, there was a feeling that the earth stood still. Although mostly celebrity ‘veterans’ were in attendance, everyone seemed to be in awe of Oprah’s presence. Oprah stopped by the lounge primarily for the charities; for every celebrity that attended, money was donated.
Bertolli Oven Bake Meals
Onhand to give celebrities the perfect ingredients for them to make restaurant quality Italian dishes at home, Bertolli Oven Bake Meals also made a major contribution to Dream Street Foundation, which is dedicated 
to providing unique camping programs to children with chronic and life-threatening illnesses. The Emmy honorees were also invited to design their own “Signature Dish†which will be auctioned off to raise more money for charity.
Kathy Griffin, Lauren Conrad, Wayne Brady and Nicolette Sheridan, Rocco DiSpirito and others stopped by to experience Bertolli’s delicious recipes. Ross (‘the Intern’ from “The Tonight Show With Jay Lenoâ€) was interviewing stars at the Bertolli Oven Bakes booth where they were signing dishes for charity. Rocco DiSprito, the celebrity chef and TV personality who is currently competing in “Dancing With the Stars” chatted with Ross, and upon request, spun Ross around with a dance move. Ross,of course, was in a state of bliss with way Rocco “manhandled” him.
Oprah was overheard telling Ross, “It’s great that celebrities can come and get great stuff in the gift lounge, but I’m glad that they’re giving back here! Gifting has been taken to another level”.
Celebrities enjoyed Nespresso’s hand-crafted espressos, lattes, cappuccinos, macchiatos, Americanos and Liegeois. Stars were gifted their own. Lauren Conrad of “The Hills” said she was excited about her new Nespresso LeCube machine, that she’s “finally found a coffee maker that she and her roommate can operate at 6:30 am, half asleep!” Dana Delany chose the Nespresso LeCube in arctic white, and mentioned she will add it to the new mid-century modern design of her on-set trailer. Ricky Gervais “The Office†said the Nespresso LeCube was a “work of art†– it’s like the Rolls Royce of coffee-making.

In between their caffeine jolt to get them started and the relaxation of a massage after a hard day of being gifted, the Primetime Emmy honorees picked up the latest exciting products from jewelry to designer clothes to the latest technological gadgets.

Available compete with customized Swarovski crystals with the newest Ed Hardy designs by Crystal Icing, plus matching Plantronics 655 Bluetooth headsets special-edition designs in honor of the 2008 Emmys, stars like Kristin Chenoweth and Lauren Conrad jumped at the chance to pick one out for themselves. Marcia Cross helped her TV neighbor Nicolette Sheridan from “Desperate Housewives†pick out a tiger design by Ed Harding Icing.
Movies and a Workout
An On 3 exclusive, AMC Entertainment gifted the celebrities with a year’s worth of free movies for them, plus a guest with their very own AMC Signature Pass for one year to any AMC movie theatre. Wayne Brady and Josh Groban both planned to see “Tropic Thunder†with their new passes. Lauren Conrad shared that she goes to the movies once a week “just to chill out”. The celebrities really appreciated this as “it would encourage them to spend more time with their families since they work so much”.
Crunch Fitness also handed out one-year memberships that were good for anywhere in the country.
D’Annunzio Fine Jewelry
Featuring their latest in diamonds, precious gemstones, platinum and 18K gold, D’Annunzio Fine Jewelry gifted such celebrities as, Vanessa Williams, Dana Delany, Jennifer Love Hewitt, America Ferrara and Alec Baldwin. “The New Adventures of Old Christine†star, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, was seen picking out a cross-shaped pendant with two carats in diamonds from The Corsage Collection by D’Annunzio to wear for an upcoming appearance on “Late Show with David Lettermanâ€.
Phyto Universe Spa
Phyto Universe Spa shelled out gift certificates good for signature anti-aging facials, eye & body treatments and hand revival massages, as well as custom gift sets featuring exclusive products from Lierac Paris skincare, Phyto haircare & Caron fragrance collections, which aren’t even available to the public yet.
Neil Patrick Harris from “How I Met Your Mother†commented that his show’s trailer was stocked with Phyto products and even picked some 
conditioner up for his boyfriend.

These Australian-made sheepskin boots, featuring unique embroidery, leather appliqués & Swarovski crystal designs in one-of-a-kind custom styles were a major hit with the Hollywood elite.
Hayden Panettierre from “Heroes†scooped up the Heart & Soul design, while Mariska Hargitay from “SVU†grabbed the tribal heart design boots to keep her warm while on location in New York. Lauren Conrad loved the ones with the leather fringe.

Lauren chose a gorgeous python skin clutch said “You’ll definitely see me photographed in this when I’m out & about shopping on Robertson Blvdâ€. Designer Carlos Falchi exclusively designed this handbag collection just for the 2008 Emmy Gift Lounge. “Desperate Housewives†star, Dana Delany picked out a black Carlos Falchi clutch, exclaiming, “This is a classic that I’ll get a lot of use out of!â€
Ultimate Ears
These custom UE-10 Pro Headsets, which are handmade to individually fit each stars’ ears and customized with their favorite color, style and artwork, were a hit, especially with the singers in the group. This high-end design were developed and used only for professional performers, and are now available to the public.
Broadway and “Pushing Daisies†star, Kristen Chenoweth was thrilled to get her own custom-fitted headset, explaining that she has very small ear canals and has a hard time finding ones that fit when she performs. Stars sat in their chair and had their own UE-10’s fitted right there on the spot. They were good sports as they had to sit there for 5 minutes with a piece of Styrofoam in their mouth!
Aqua Swiss Watches
Offering up their newest 24K gold and steel collections, this line of watches went over big with Candace Bergen, Martin Sheen Jeff Probst and Tom Bergeron, who traded in his old watch for a classic black and white style from Aqua Swiss. “Project Runway†winner Christian Siriano was once again feeling so “fierce†that he ended up trying on three watches at once at the AQUASWISS gift station! He finally settled on one!

Fashion designer and Project Runway judge, Michael Kors offered up the latest sunglass collection for men and women by Marchon. Oprah accepted the Michael Kors Trench Coat Frame sunglasses and left wearing them.
