Stephen Courtney to be the Newest Permanent Artist at the James Coleman Gallery
Stephen Courtney will be welcomed as the newest permanent artist at Santa Monica’s new James Coleman Gallery, where he will be exhibiting black and white photographs as well as his fine art furniture in the permanent exhibition “Affair in the Garden.”
Courtney’s love of cantilever has inspired a style that defies right angles and has become a world renowned modern artist whose work resides in celebrity homes to the Smithsonian’s National Gallery of American Art.
“Affair in the Garden” will open on August 30th, with a reception from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. The luxury real estate magazine SPACE will be presenting the opening event, with proceeds from the sale of the work to benefit the non-profit organization, Guide Dogs for the Blind.
The James Coleman Art Gallery is located at 1431 Ocean Blvd. in Santa Monica. For more information, visit www.stephencourtney.com or www.jamescolemanfineart.com
