2008 Total Pop Star Winner Announcement this Sunday!
Who will be crowned The 2008 Total Pop Star winner? On Sunday, June 29th, join judges Joey Lawrence, Deborah Gibson and Andrew Van Slee for the live webcast of the Total Pop Star season 1 Final Episode Party on www.totalpopstar.com! The final contestant will be announced at 2:00 PM PT and presented with a record deal and prize package in front of a live studio audience in Hollywood.
There will be entertainment and interviews with the judges, including an interview with Deborah Gibson where she will divulge recent details of her stalker scare and her new man! 
In the wake of American Idol and Nashville Star comes the newest pop sensation competition, Total Pop Star. Unlike any of the competitions that have hailed before, TPS is taking the world’s new generation by storm and can be viewed solely over the web. Contestants from all over the world submitted streaming videos of themselves performing and the world wide audience voted on their favorites. Similar to an American Idol climax, the six contestants with the most online votes won a trip to Hollywood. During finale week, they have spent their time in the studio fine tuning their final demos in hopes of becoming the newest pop idol.
