The Annual ‘WHAT A PAIR!’ Celebrity Concert Will Benefit the John Wayne Cancer Institute
The sixth annual WHAT A PAIR! Celebrity Concert benefiting the John Wayne Cancer Institute is taking place on Sunday, June 8, 2008 at The Orpheum Theatre in downtown LA. The show is set to begin at 7:30pm with Red Carpet interviews and coverage set at 6:30pm with an all-starred cast to perform songs from Broadway musicals performed in “pairs”.
WHAT A PAIR! has previously raised awareness and funding research for breast cancer. This year’s highly anticipated concert will be followed by a VIP cocktail reception and silent auction with the cast benefiting the John Wayne Cancer Institute at St. John’s Health Center.
Among the stars set to perform are Marg Helgenberger (CSI: Las Vegas), Joely Fisher (‘Til Death), Teri Polo (Meet the Parents), Loretta Devine (Eli Stone), Sharon Lawrence (Desperate Housewives), Jane Lynch (The L Word), Emily Berg (Men in Trees), Audra McDonald (Private Practice), Zoe McLellan (Dirty Sexy Money), Vicki Lewis (‘Til Death), Miriam Shor (Swingtown) and many more!
