Eddie George Presents EGX Kids Fitness Challenge
Last Saturday, May 3, NFL great and former Buckeye and Heisman Trophy winner Eddie George, presented the EGX Kids Fitness challenge at the Ohio State University stadium. Held in conjunction with the National Children’s Hospital, the event educated kids and parents on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
Participating kids, ages 8-14, spent the day navigating through various fitness stations including an obstacle course and other activities. Healthy and fun snacks were featured such as Dippin’ Dots “No Sugar Added” Ice Cream, and Dippin’ Dots Sherbet. These delights had zero Saturated Fat and Trans Fat and 100 calories or less per serving – a healthy, delicious way to enjoy a summer treat!
