Raleigh Studios Hosts the 2008 LA Wine Fest

The 3rd annual LA Wine Fest is coming to Raleigh Studios on July 12 and 13th. With two days of fabulous wine tastings and speakers, this event is already receiving an overwhelming response, so you’ll want to get your application forms in as soon as possible to reserve your tables and sponsorships.

A special program will be held on Saturday July 12th from 6:16 – 7:30 p.m. with Georg Riedel conducting a comparative wiresene tasting with his world famous wine glasses. Reservations are mandatory by calling Joel Fisher at 818.429.6770 or emailing him at [email protected]. Price to attend is $90, which includes a set of unique Riedel Wine Glasses.

At 7:30 p.m. on July 12th, a Reserve Wine Dinner will be held for LA Wine Fest’s charitable benefactors in the Raleigh Studio Café. A fine dining meal and specially selected assortment of wines will be served at this limited seating. Email [email protected] to reserve your space. Price to attend is $175 per person.

The Menu for the Reserve Wine Dinner will feature:
    * Hors d’oeuvres
    * Philo purses with mushroom puree
    * Crouton Provencal
    * Cucumber Gazpacho
    * Foie Gras terrine
    * Stuffed with roasted apples, apricot marmalade
    * Homemade Brioche
    * Braised short ribs in red wine
    * Creamy Polenta assorted caramelized vegetables
    * Fresh fruit rum sabayon
