The Hills’ Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt Showcase “Burnout Paradise” at One Sunset
The Candle Lounge at One Sunset was lit with more than just candles last Tuesday. Stars such as Melissa Joan Hart and the hosts of the party, lovebirds Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt, lit up the room as well. The Pre-Valentines Day event showcased Electronic Arts’ newest game in the Burnout series, “Burnout Paradise.”

In keeping with their high standard of excellence, One Sunset of course did a fabulous job creating an intimate, Valentine’s Day ambiance. With velvety rose petals strewn across tables, chocolate wherever you looked, and provocatively low candlelight, celebrities and VIPs were enveloped with that lovin’ feeling.

The most fun part about the party however, were the gaming consoles set up throughout the lounge where eager guests could experience “Burnout Paradise” for the first time. The game “Burnout,” for Playstation 3 and Xbox, is already a favorite among both hard core gamers and the casual video game player. With its imaginative graphics, high speeds and of course all of the exhilerating virtual burnouts, wrecks and crashing, it’s hard to find a video game that is more fun to play. But “Burnout Paradise” is critically acclaimed as the Best Racing Game by the 2007 Game Critics Award. With all-new, open world design and ultimate freedom and discovery, players can create their own personal driving experience as well as play with their friends online.
The “oohs” and “ahhs” from every gaming consul at One Sunset last Tuesday demonstrated how much guests enjoyed the fast paced new game and everyone was excited to get their hands on a copy. Some of the other celebs who were there playing included: Eve, Busta Rhymes, Melissa Joan Hart, Ian Ziering, Brian Friedman, Velvet Revolver’s Dave Kushner, Bai Ling, Kelly Monaco, Noah Gray, Mean Girls’ Jonathan Bennett, One Tree Hill’s Robbie Jones, Brooke Long, The Hills’ Elizabeth Keener, Jason Silva, American Dreams’ Tony Dovolani, Rex Lee, E!’s Jason Kennedy, Tamera Mowry and many more.
