Unleash Your Inner Racer at K1 Speed
As one of the largest karting centers on the west coast, K1 Speed provides European style racing with up to 80,000 sq ft. of race track in their indoor racing center, as well as a 10,000 sq. ft. lobby, which overlooks the track, a pit café and a gaming area.
Reaching speeds of 45mph, the karts are high performance and emission free and, combined with the asphalt race track, will give you a much more authentic experience than you’ve probably imagined.
Whether it’s your first time or you’re already an old pro, aim to win the fastest time of the week or of the month, with the ProScore ranking system, which ranks you against all the racers in the facility. If you don’t feel ready to compete with too many people, drop in to race against the clock or against a friend. A detailed print-out of your scores, position and ranking will be given to you at the end of each session.
For safety precautions, the karts are computerized to give the pit crew a chance to easily able step in to stop the kart or just reduce the speed if necessary.
In addition, before beginning, it is mandatory to go through a safety training, where you will learn how to operate the kart, what each flag is for and what the safety signs mean.
Height requirements to race are 4’11 – 7’ and under 300 lbs. Racers must wear close toed shoes. A head sock and helmet is also required and will be provided for you.
Group packages are available and K1 speed will also host parties, so whether it’s a birthday or a bachelor party, you’re sure to have the day of your life.

Indoor karting is the best, but I think Pole Position Raceway is the coolest track in California. I’ve driven at the Corona track and it’s really cool!

Racer X
I agree. I live in Corona and drive at Pole Position Raceway at least once a week. I’ve also gone to the Las Vegas track right across the street from the Palms hotel. That’s the best indoor kart track in the United States from what I’ve heard, and it shows. Long live electric karts and long live Pole Position Raceway!

Me too
I have to agree with Speedster and Racex X. I have been to to both tracks and Pole Position is by far the best track. I am glad to hear they have 1 in Vegas, I am heading up there next week. I gotta go check it out. Electric karts are the best and I am so glad Pole Position Raceway keeps expanding. Nothing compares for a great time.

jake
pole position is a joke, they copied k1 speed circuit down to the operations and track layout and karts…. its really pathetic, give credit where credit is due

karter
They did not copy…. they mastered on a great indoor sport (something K1 could not do) . Besides, that is like saying Chevy copied Ford on their trucks…… grow up Jake and accept the fact that Pole Position Rules.
