Granville at the americana was so bad. It’s so loud and the servers take forever to do anything. The food tasted like plastic. There was no toliet paper in the mens room so I was forced to wipe with a coarse paper towl. The drinks were watered down and too sugary. I noticed I was given a short pour for an expensive drink (i watched the bar) because I noticed they used measuring tools for other drinks but free pored with mine. I am an executive at Warners Bro. and enjoy that Burbank location. I highly recommend…stay away from Glendale. Our server was a short blonde girl with glasses that had the personality of a paper bag. Nothing was memorable.
