Now You Can Enjoy Trader Vic’s in Las Vegas

Trader Vic's Las Vegas Are we really in Vegas? Trader Vic’s, the famed tropical island-themed dining and entertainment venue is now on the Las Vegas Strip.

With over 15,000 sq. ft. for your enjoyment, the upscale restaurant, second-level plush ultralounge, and outdoor party patio appeals to everyone. Trader Vic’s Las Vegas dons a sleep contemporary design with backlit bamboo walls and zebra wood furnishings.

The atmosphere is complete with two DJs from separate booths spinning the latest house and electronic music. forty-foot tall tiki lamps embrace you in the dining room while the Asian/Polynesian inspired dishes such as: Hawaiian poke with ahi and hamachi served with taro chips, BBQ Kobe beef short ribs with special pear salad, and Hawaiian Ono glazed with soy sake sauce served with green papaya salad satisfies all senses.

Their cocktail menu impresses with over 40 specialty drinks, which includes the classic Mai Tai and signature cocktails like the Scorpian and Navy Grog. Most recently developer DW Enterprises has named Rick Giffen as their company’s Executive. Aside from opening the brand new Trader Vic’s, Giffen will also assist in the development, management and operations of DW Enterprises’ many other restaurant properties.

Giffen has spent the last 20 years honing his skills to become one of the industry’s top executive chefs. His past positions have included: executive shef at Mon Ami Gabi at the Paris Hotel & Casino, consultant for Cafe Wasabi, regional corporate chef for China Grill Management at Mandalay Bay and western regional corporate chef for Planet Hollywood, Las Vegas.

In addition, Giffen supports his community by contributing to charities such as the Taste of the Nation, AFAN and Opportunity Village.

Hours of Operation:
Restaurant: 11am - midnight (7 days a week)
Patio: 11am - 4am (7 days a week)
Ultra Lounge: Thursday - Monday 9pm - 3am (closed Tuesday & Wednesday)
Retail Boutique: 10am - Midnight (7 days a week)
