Enjoy a Day of Entertainment and a Special Screening of “Surf’s Up” in Malibu
Sony Pictures Home Animation, Sony Pictures Home Entertainment and Reef Check celebrate the DVD release of “Surf’s Up” with an entertainment-filled day at the Bluffs Park in Malibu on October 6th.
A complimentary screening of the film, due for release on October 9th, will be one of the highlights of the evening, though there will be plenty of other activities to enjoy as a family during the day.
Kids will be given the opportunity to get a lesson in filmmaking as they learn the inside secrets to creating huge waves through animation, as seen in this film. Fans of “Surf’s Up” can also look forward to taking pictures with the characters of the film.
In addition, educational booths will be set up throughout the park, teaching kids and adults alike valuable ways in which to care for the ocean and for the reef ecosystems.
All the fun begins at 5:30 p.m. on October 6th, with international performances and various activities for the whole family to enjoy, while the screening of “Surf’s Up” will begin at 7:30 and run until 9:30 p.m.
Malibu Bluff’s Park is located at:
24250 Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu.
Parking will be available at Bluffs Park as well as on Malibu Canyon Rd.
