there is no hairdresser like The Haase. Im a big fan of living life on my own terms and he makes you want to be the baddest car washing , t-shirt selling, televangelist mother on the planet. No matter what you do he is an inspiration to all who wish to be more than they think they can be . The escape artist i most admire.

I have been with Michael for several years now. He's a genius when it comes to hair. I literally come in, sit down, he asks if there is anything I was thinking about doing, to which I just say whatever you want to do. There is a level of trust I have never had with any other hairdresser. He knows my face, he knows the shape of my head. A couple hours later I leave the salon with a fresh cut and feeling sexy. All hail King Michael!!!

I met Michael 5 years ago and put my hair and trust into his hands. I wanted a short hair cut, but did not have any idea for what kind of style. I left Umberto's looking sexy as all hell! I knew I had found someone special; he gave me a style that complemented my face and body, and one that was kick-ass. Every where I went I received complements on my hair and inquiries of my stylist. I have long hair now, but it is still super sexy and gorgeous.

Michael did my hair for my wedding, and my pictures look amazing! I didn't have to tell him what to do to make me radiant on my wedding day, he just looked at my dress and then it was like magic.

I am so happy I met him when I did and that I always look fabulous when leaving his chair!

Cheers for Michael!

Michael is amazing, it's true. He was the stylist who did my hair for a fashion show in LA to kick off fashion week. We clicked instantly and I could not believe his work. I've since visited him at the Christophe Salon in Beverly Hills and when I sit down in that chair, I trust him to do whatever he thinks would work for me. I've never left disappointed and have received only compliments. I would recommend him to anyone.
Thank you Michael!!

I've been going to Michael for years and he is a creative genius - one of THE most talented and individualistic stylists in Los Angeles! His philospohy on styling hair "Every cut he gives is designed to enhance not only the client?s hair but the client as a person" is 100% accurate! He watches the way your hair falls, observes your hair growth pattern, looks at the shape and bone structure of your face and within minutes, he's already envisioned the cut and style of your hair.

His technique is like a masterpiece in the making...when he's done with my hair, it's like a work of art! I get so many compliments walking down the street, at work, out with friends, it's extremely flattering! I feel like his choice in color and cut has captured who I am and I always walk out of the salon smiling from ear to ear!

It's like wearing a brand on your shirt! Michael's style, cut and color are very unique and one of a kind in Hollywood!

I met Michael for the first time over two years ago. He began giving cutting classes at the Cristophe Salon in Las Vegas, and after his first class with us, I was literally blown away. I thought to myself, "now that is a true artist".
I moved to Las Vegas from New York to work on a different level, I wanted to work with artists, not "beauticians". I wanted to work with people who loved doing hair, people who were excited about their gift, their craft.
I think that the beauty industry is constantly evolving. Whether you've been doing hair for 30 years or 3 years, there is always something new to learn, something new to discover. I feel the difference between stylist who are good and stylists who are great, is realization that everyday is a new chance to become even better than the day before.
I have tremendous respect for Michael and what he has accomplished so far in his career. He has taught me so much and inspired me on such a great level, and I have always understood his philosophy of acheiving greatness everyday.
I am fortunate enough to collaborate with Michael and see his dedication to his craft. And it's in that strict dedication that he may seem like the "Simon Cowel" of the hair world, but he's an artist, he has the gift of vision. Any number of stylists can get by on what is textbook hairstyling. You can teach someone how to cut a layered haircut or apply color, but you can't teach someone how to be an artist. That has to come within each and everyone of us as stylist and colorists.
I realize that when a client leaves my chair, for the next four to six weeks, they will look in the mirror everyday and feel wonderful about themselves (in very rare cases they may not). It's not the hour or two you spend with them in the salon, you are with that client everyday until they return for their next appointment. Michael cut my hair two weeks ago, and everytime I look in the mirror or someone stops me in the street, I feel good, no I feel great and that's because I have a hairstylist who truly cares about making me feel that way.
Michael is an amazing person and stylist. It's so much fun to work with him. And when we talk about hair, he is able to verbalize what I feel. Our time business may be different but our passion and vision are the same.
