The WWE Takes Over Venice Beach on August 18th
Venice Beach will be the site of a World Wrestling Entertainment fan event on August 18th. This free event allows fans to come out and watch six WWE stars go head to head, participate in beach contests, take photos and receive WWE related prizes all while soaking up the Southern California sun.
There will be a ring set up right on the beach where WWE fans can watch Val Venis battle Daivari, Chris Masters fight Chuck Palumbo and Chavo Guerrero take on Jimmy Wang Yang. A main stage will also be set up for contests and giveaways, as well as a photo op area where fans can have their picture taken with the WWE Championship against a WWE backdrop. 100 fans will also have the opportunity to have their photo taken with WWE Divas, Maria and Torrie Wilson from 12-1pm.
Other activities will include air brushed WWE tattoos, beach contests, a dunk tank, a strength machine and WWE themed Sandcastles.
The festivities will be hosted by the legendary Jimmy Hart and will be held at Venice Beach on Saturday August 18th from 11-5 pm.
