NEW YEAR - NEW YOU IN 2007!
The #1 New Year’s Resolution across America is to build a better body & improve ones quality of life (lose fat, build muscle & strength, tone and sculpt, increase energy, decrease stress, etc.). Only 1 out of 10 people that set out to achieve this goal lasts 3 or more months; 9 out of those 10 drop out, give up or quit within 1-2 months! My question to you is: Do you want to be a statistic this year and follow the masses or would you like to step up to the plate and make your New Years resolutions a reality? The choice is yours!
WHAT’S THE SECRET?
First of all, there are no gimmicks/magic bullets like the ones you see in those infomercials on TV. Creative ad firms are paid millions of dollars to create those ads & celebrities or fitness models who have never even used the ‘gimmicks’ themselves are paid big money to be in those infomercials…don’t get tricked by them and become a victim! Now that that is cleared up - let’s get down to business!

Here are a few ACTION STEPS for you to follow in 2007 that will help you achieve the body you want & reach any other health related goal’s that you desire. Bottom line: You can make it happen!
ACTION STEP # 1: FAILING to PLAN = PLANNING to FAIL
Get out that notebook/ journal and write down your goal’s. Design a plan (training program) that will help you reach those goals! If you do not know how to create a plan - seek a professional to assist you. Like a skilled architect designing & creating a safe, solid & soundproof building you too will need a ‘blueprint’ to follow to build & create the new improved YOU in ‘07′!
ACTION STEP # 2:BABY STEPS at FIRST = LEAPS & BOUNDS
Remember that if you’re just getting started it is going to take some time so start - THINK BABY STEPS. Think of it this way - However old you are now, it took that many years to create you - It does not take long to build a strong and healthy body…trust me! The ‘KEY’ is to START - to take ACTION.
ACTION STEP # 3: RECRUIT A SOLID SUPPORT SYSTEM
Recruit your family, friends, co-workers and let them know that you’re on a MISSION to create a new & improved YOU in 2007! You’ll need a support system for when times get tough and you feel like you drifting from your ‘BLUEPRINT’ plan. This is a very important step in the process. Think of your support system as part of your FOUNDATION.
ACTION STEP # 4: FOCUS, COMMIT, BELIEVE & SUCCEED
Once you have your BLUEPRINT & SUPPORT SYSTEM in place you will be ready to TAKE ACTION and CREATE the NEW YOU!
Remember that it will take time. The KEY to your SUCCESS will be consistency, focus and dedication! It will take a little sacrificing here and there. There is no free lunch. As time passes and you start to see and feel the RESULTS it does get easier! TRUST ME on this one! GET UP. GET OUT & GET FIT!
